• Charter rates include 2 anglers; pre-approved 3rd angler incurs additional $100 charge
• Midnight and all-nighter tarpon trips subject to $100-$150 surcharge****
• No credit cards accepted in Florida

Deposit

A $ 250 deposit is required for each day booked.

Cancellation policy

We require a minimum of $250 deposit for all trips booked. This deposit is completely refunded if your trip is cancelled by the captain due to weather or mechanical failure. If cancellation occurs anytime by charter angler beyond ten (10) days before the charter trip date, the deposit will not be refunded, unless the reserved charter date can be fully rebooked. If cancellation occurs within ten (10) days of the scheduled trip, the customer will default on the deposit and also charged in full for the full cost of the trip. Weather cancellations are conditioned upon dangerous or potentially unsafe weather conditions and are exclusively within the captain’s discretion
